Ladies and gentlemen,

Sunday afternoon is looking great for a longboard cruise along the coast. Say, Devonport to Port Sorrell; East Beach to Beechford; Port Sorrell to Greens Beach. Will be a mid (incoming) tide and low swell with 10-15 knots NNW. If wind is as predicted it will be a good reach either way, or good for and "out and back" run.

If I can't organise a car shuttle or pickup I'll probably do Low Head to Badgers Head and return.

Sounds like fun. I don't have a long board, but have often wondered how great it would be to head off on a one way trip on a NWerly along the coast. I I reckon I'd want a personal epirb just in case. Have fun.
