Hi all

Im after a second hand cheap cheap windsurfer with all the gear. Dont mind if its a relic from the 70's as im only been out twice, Once at the demo learning day at Dorans just after Chrissy (thanks guy;s) and once today on an old relic.

Well I want one now, so if you have an old clunker or even a newish one or know someone whom does, this little puppy may well be interested.

May the winds be with you
cheers
Mat

Have a look threw the buy and sell here on sea breeze, but i think someone would have some gear kicking around to sell in Tassie. You would find newer gear would be alot better to learn on,get going and getting the basics down pat.

I am a "newbie" to this whole wind surfing thing. my first real sail was also at dorans so you probabdly seen me there

I got a few lessons form a good mate on an old board. While it did get me started I am progressing much faster now that I am on a newer board. From my minimal experience older gear whilst still having the volume of flotation is much narrower where as newer learner boards are wider and much more stable...

Gumtree has some older full rigs going cheap in southern Tas at the moment....

Are you in Northern or Southern Tas?

Can't wait to get back up there soon, will have to look you up when i'm in Launey next.
