I don't think we've ever had this many members join up so early in the season! What a great sign for a bumper season!!

If you've sent your form in to the Treasurer, but don't see you name listed below, let me know. If you haven't got your membership in yet, you can do it electronically online, just click here: http://www.windsurfing.org/files/WT-Membership-Form.pdf

Not sure FoS, haven't reconciled payments yet, but I know we have had a lot come through. Will get a statement tomorrow! Membership is from the moment we receive the form itself, so all on the list are members even if not paid up

That's interesting, I seem to have swapped sail numbers with Stewart.

Let's see how many members we get this year.........definitely worth $35 for all the free entertainment and of course you won't be charged to sail at your favorite spot.....and remember if you join you have access to the leaner boards if you have a mate that is keen to learn........that is if you guys have any mates

Easty, have asked about the sail number mix up, waiting to hear back.

Just gone through and reconciled payments. Two generous members have paid their $50, but not included any identifying information such as their name. I have narrowed it right down due to time of payment and will contact the people involved to confirm. However, please do include some reference such as name or sail number when making an electronic payment. So far 17 of 23 members are paid. So we are doing well. For those that have submitted a form, but not paid, please do. The electronic form and payments are working well!! If you want to check your status, PM me!!

Cheers
Dave

We're up to 27 members ..., keep 'em coming. Could be a record year for membership the way we're going and will really help boost the coffers.

Stew and Easty, your sail numbers should be fixed now.

I reckon the Slalom Nationals (if there is one) in Tassie, more of us are into that down here.

Yep, could be worth considering, especially up around Stanley during summer. Heaps of different spots you could hold the racing on either side of the Stanley Neck.

I would be really keen on the slalom nationals. Probably get over 35+ riders from Tassie alone.

Membership is now up to 38. This is great and the fees raised will help us further promote the sport and get people out on the water giving it a go. We've just purchased another learner board which should arrive within a week and we've spent money on a Gazebo that provides a central point for people to gather and have BBQ's, etc.

The members list is as follows:

How about a great big inflatable buoy as well for racing, one that we can see from miles away. No offence Kaleb but your buoy and flags were a little hard to find unless you were on it.

Be careful with Buzzy using WT monies for an inflatable buoy, I know if he goes shopping he'll end up with an inflatable girl
