More BBQ (last year worked very well)

More Collingwood supporters (Hugh and Sampson will be fishing this year as well)

We are planning on having the fun day in late January because this is the best time to catch a big one. Bring your boat or sailboard, fish from the rocks whatever, it's all about a family fun day.

Just remember catching the fish of the day holds more cred in the pub than any windsurfing comp results, and will look fantastic on your CV, also makes you look more interesting to the opposite sex ... WIN WIN WIN!!!!!!!

i reckon it will be a tight comp this year, with rumours of Artis ( fishing Guru!) joining in.
Morgs will be in for some tough competition with your boys taking part as well.

hello capt morgan thats my boat i bought it a few months ago she lives at port sorell so wont be bringing her down for the comp but if you come up in december for the racing i will take you out on her

OK I have talked with the 2 time winner Captin Morgan and it's on this weekend on Sunday Cremorne lagoon

This year it is going to be big!! MORE MORE MORE

This is the best trophy out there for windsurfers who fish

briefing will be conducted 10am sharp by Morgan our only ever winner of the comp Captin Morgan!

Brett Bradford is gunning for glorythis year and has been in training every chance he gets, Morgan is as well, it's going to be a fishing display to rival the mens tennis final

I know Hugh and Sampson are going to have on the lucky collingwood tops and we will be fishing from the boat.

Come and join in what is always a fun and safe day for all.

BYO food and drinks (always have life jackets on and be water safe)

I will keep you posted on weather conditions for Sunday.

Still away working next Sunday, otherwise would have had the kids out catching big fish from our kayaks - kids that go for Essendon always catch bigger fish than kids that go for Collingwood.

fishing time will be 10am till 11.30am
followed by offical measuring of the catch 11.45am
Presentations 12 noon. BBQ for those who bring a snag

Then off to Marion or Goats for some to play in the wind.

If it's as good as last year you'll get some pretty stiff competition Captain

After discussion with Russ and Dad, we have decided to call of the fishing contest for tommorrow because of the forecast for early strong winds. We will reschedule the fishing contest for next Saturday, weather permitting ( dad has a sup demo day Sunday).
