Odd request and often hard to find these days, however I'll post in the event someone still has a Windsurfer One Design. I would like to borrow a board, for a small gift in return, during the 2013 Opti Nationals being held at Sandy Bay Sailing Club in January 2013. I have 2 boards. Definitely one old school one design and another slightly less old school but still massive and heavy. Are you planning on sailing or paddling? I don't have much in the way of a working rig to go with it...or at least I haven't tried setting it up.
