To join, fill out the form and send it to the email address listed on the form. Don't forget to deposit your payment into the WT account or organise another payment method when you send your form in.

When I try to fill in the for my computer says it is impossible to save changes. This may be a windows 10 quirk (damn you Bill Gates and your minions) or it may be my own computer fail. I my have to print out the damn form!!!!

I had the same issue last year.
There is alway the option to print a copy fill it out and send a scanned email to me for the records.
