What was going on yesterday. Gave up on the idea of any wind about 3.45pm so went MTBing. Out on the ride saw which looked like a southerly sea breeze coming in into Fredrick Henry, then rode back passed Dorans on the way home and it was blowing SW...weird day....anyone see the shark? or is it a hoax?

Was going to post these on sunday, but didn't get around to it. This was the wind that blowing into Verona Sands. Chris was a local who had just moved back to Tassie and regularly sails down this way on his wave gear. That's Huon Island just off the shore. Wind was 15-20knots.

Yep it was quite windy, in the photos that was around 18-20 knots. Doesn't look as windy in the photos as what it actually was.

Yeah shark is for real.
veitz and i spotted it while salmon fishing on Saturday.
Last we saw it jumped into the canal and fed on all the ducks

One way to cull the ducks!!

perhaps we should bring some bull sharks down from QLD and release them in there.[}:)]
