A good easterly forecast with a low tide around the middle of the day.
Should be good

At the WT AGM it was proposed that we look at the KA72 Freerace format (as per Green Island) for the future WT events program.

Would there be any interest in running a "trial run" event at Stanley on Saturday? Note this would not be WT endorsed event, but more for giggles and bragging rights.

The 'event' would be a 1hr timeframe (start time to be nominated).

I'm happy to setup the software and 'event' through the KA72 program if there are enough interested takers.

PS: It's likely to be p#ssing rain on the forecast.

Cheers, Mort

I'll take the lack of response as a "no" at this point. Saturday's WW forecast not looking so promising now anyway. Cheers, Mort

Yep the forecast for Saturday is not looking good now. Today (Fri) will be great.

Down south is looking really good for Saturday. Sideshore winds on the southarm beaches (winds NE 20+) and a bit of swell forecast too. I'm still out of action, but will be green with envy for those that do get out.
