Yes I am!!!!!!
Last year some time I worked near there and I stayed in Stanley, and ate those pies for breakfast and tea for 4 days!!!!! Plus beer to wash them down. (not for brekky of course!)
I'm pretty sure I've got someone covering me for Saturday, who else will make it?

but have had some nice ones from the weird pie shop previously and since.

Yes I'm very keen for stanley tomorrow. Want to try the new speed board out that's great about the tides I get to sleep in till 6am. Been trying to load yesterday's gps results but the Internet isn't doing it, so frustrating when you know you've got some PBs hopefully this arvo it will work.

Have fun up there! Careful with the pies... Make sure that Sweeney Todd doesn't have a barber shop above the pie shop...

Just to let the people going know, just be mindful of others coming down the run. Especially in the third channel (furthest one out). In the last half of the third channel it is quite narrow and where you will be probably doing your top speed in that area of that channel. It will be great, as there will be a fair few people there, just to look up the run if you decide to take off in that last half of the third channel. As when your doing 40+ knots there is not much room for error and you cant really just swerve out of the way at that speed. So the rider coming down the run really should have right of way. All good to take off from the last half of the run but just check and make sure you wont be getting in anyone's way in the area i have mentioned. It will be great if we all walk away with a couple of PB's. As thats what we are all there for

Good stuff Izaak!
As your aware I'm one of those blokes that cant stand still long enough to watch a few people head down the run. Last time I didnt muck about and headed straight back after my run. I made sure that I hugged the downwind shoreline as I went past the main part of the run. I hope this was OK and didnt hinder anyones run. Please tell me if my sailing is effecting others! If noone says anything then I would presume that all is ok.
