Outside chance the southery might come through before dark, s.... how desparate are we? Looks worse on the coast, sorry guys.

SOUTHEAST COAST, Tasman Is to South East Cape:
Friday: Northwest winds 10 to 20 knots, possibly reaching 25 knots offshore
ahead of a 10 to 20 knot southerly change late. Seas 1 to 2 metres. Southwest
swell 2.5 to 3.5 metres.

I’m desperate too, what a the chances of wind? Ill leave work early and get one in before dark if there is.

Jez, the forecast has dropped off for friday, saturady looks more hopeful, S-SW, maybe the pond might blow enough for a sail after we've caught a couple of flatties

Anyone interested in a ride on Sunday? Looks like Saturday will be fine for fishing but this is the forecast for the south east on the Sunday.

Sunday: South to southwest winds 20 to 30 knots, easing to 15 to 25 knots during the afternoon. Seas 2 to 3 metres. Southwest swell 3 to 4 metres.

Yeah, could be a possibility Sunday morning, but the way the pattern has been treating us it'll probably drop out early

I came down late in the arvo, but it wasn’t worth getting cold and wet for, looks like you guys had a fun arvo though!
