Don't suppose anybody will be in the Port Arthur area from this weekend for a week? I am coming down for a visit and bringing the board.

Windcranker lives at Eaglehawk so PM him he will know whether there are any flat water sailing spots I think the closest is Marion Bay, have you sailed there before that's a top spot for flat and bump & jump. I grilled him the other day to explore the area for wave sailing but pretty much a no go............. too many cliffs and hills.

Keep an eye on the forecast, maybe come and sail on the Pond Sunday arvo, or Mortimer's, or somewhere. If it blows E to NE next week you gotta sail Marion's (inside for flat water), high tide is best, if it looks good I'll take an arvo off work and join you.

Probably should of been a bit more specific. We are staying at Fortescue Bay for a couple of days and then off to Nubeena till Friday. Marions sounds interesting but I won't be able to contact anyone and no internet so will just have to rely on the weather report on the news. If I can talk the missus into it it could be a go. Never been there but I've seen the photos and it looks like a great area.
