A few of us might venture up Friday if you can guarantee less than 40kts......that's just too much for an old man

While Bell buoy looks like a pretty safe bet tomorrow is anyone thinking of risking Bakers. I am thinking that if Low Head is reading over 27-28 knots and WNW then Bakers could be worth a look but anything straight from the West could be better at Bell Buoy or maybe even East Beach ...before the tide comes in.

I sailed Bell Bouy today afternoon on high tide ... It started with 20-25 knots of cross-off wind and here and there you could get a nice wave starting to break of the point ... later it picked up and went quite mushy ...
Also, checked the East beach first ... it was very light and very small ... some waves on the point, but breaking on the rocks and very shallow water ...

Should be windier tomorrow and westerly with a bit of WNW in it and with bigger waves ... maybe Bakers would be good option ...

I'm going to bell buoy in the morning. Plan to get there around 10 to catch the incoming tide. I think the low head area is the safest bet if there is any doubt

Judging by this forecast for tomorrow I think Bell Buoy perhaps will be the go. No WNW forecast.
