Hi girls and guys,
I moved to Tassie from Croatia about month ago, and I would be here for three years, doing PhD at AMC. I must admit that one of the main motives to move here was "Wind statistic" page on Windfinder.
I am quite enthusiastic windsurfer, so I am looking now to find some second hand equipment, but I found that there is not to much of it here, and most of the guys from mainland dont want to freight boards (I have managed to get sails).
So, I would like to ask is anybody going to sell some slalom boards in the near future, I am looking for 110 litre slalom board (isonic 107, 110, or similar) and 90 litre slalom board at the moment. Something not too old, but then again not too expensive.
Looking forward to meet you on the beach, hopefully would be able to get in the water in a month or less.

welcome to Tas mate.

not a lot in the way of good s/h gear like you are talking about in tas. i am sure someone will pm you if they have something.. luckily you have come to a state with 5 starboard national team slalom sailors, i am sure one of them will have gear to sell at end of season...
also keep an eye on the secondhand tas section .

Have fun..

Welcome to Tassie Jimo. If you haven't already done so talk to Al Cook at Planet Surf Launceston he's a good start, mainly sells new gear but he may know of some one who has what you want.
