For those who are missing out just watch the weather forecast, if it's a NE with seabreeze forecast it is a sure bet for Goats. Can be dead calm in Hobart, get to lauderdale it'll be around 10 knots, Cremorne 12, then around 4-5pm it starts to crank at goats, peaks at 18knots around 5.30- 7.30, get out as the sun is setting. Can't get much better than that.
