Going to hit the water early on Sat. before the wind swings westerly. Might try for an hr and NM....maybe some distance. Planning on hitting the water about 7.30 which is about low tide coming in.

Looking good here too, nice sunny day with a northerly blowing, I'll get out about midday.

Didn't quite go to plan...got there at 7.30 but the wind didn't. Waited around for a while then went for a drive to get a bacon and egg burger...Came back and still not much wind but rigged up and managed a planing run across but that was it...dogged around for about half hr before getting back to lagoon with a bit of help from Steve (thanks)..... Sat around for a bit more then about 1230 the wind came in at about 25knts. Did a run across on the 7.8 then changed down to the 7.0 which was nice.Did about an hour of runs...Lots of big chop and no flat water to be found so the runs were slow and bumpy but heaps of fun. Andrew( I think that's his name) hit a rock bar at Kelso and broke off his fin so I tried to run another to him which I managed to lose on the way over ......We then attached his harness to the back strap as an anchor and it helped him get back across although onto the rocks at the pilot station. In the meantime Jill and Al were having a great blast on the wave gear...I decided to pack up and head over to Rosevears which was going of******id another hour there in one of the best sessions I've had there...Awesome day all up

Was difficult to sail in the bay today Steve..wind was all over the place until you got out past the point and it was ripping in. A little too much north in it. Have fun on the east coast.

The afternoon session was fantastic. Still quite a bit of chop till late in the day but the wind got stronger and better. A second shift included Chris , Embo & Al who sailed till tea time. No longer feels like winter sailing out there , with lots of sun
