Fletch If centreboard choice is from of the 4 big brands so you want greater than 130 litres , do you want more of a freeride board with a soft sail? Avoid buying secondhand hi-teck race sails and boards unless you know what you are doing. ( i have had two customers recently who purchased modern gps/ slalom gear locally secondhand and cant use it !, money wasted)
Perhaps 140-150 litres if you want to teach kids as well- modern freerides- Magic ride, Gecko etc

Starboard Go's have been my choice to find for guys in your situation Fletch. A Go 150 would be ideal light wind for you, and perfectly stable for the kids. The last 4 shipped into Tassie cost around $1000-$1200each delivered for people.
