As Ben would know, I very nearly came up this weekend but the forecast just wasn't good enough. Took the kayak out fishing and was just thinking, Gee that wind is stronger than they forecast. Then I checked Low Head when I got home. 20-25 knots.

Hello Andy, one small salmon, wind and kayaks don't mix and I just caught the one when it came in. Usual fishing story. Hope you bring your sailing gear next time you're here. Coming up to Christmas, you be here on holidays?

As for the weather bureau, maybe a good idea would be to have a prediction and then a percentage factor as to how sure they think this will happen like they do with the rain forecast.
