Looking outside today I think we have a change in the weather marking the start of the windy season

Polish up the boards fins and clean the sails I think 2012 season is about to start

But my wind thumb is swelling.

I'm with you Tassierocks but when I think I'm gonna be on the receiving end of a good blow my thumb's not the part that swells up. Each to their own though.

Hoping this weekend will crank, not working from Saturday through to Tuesday and flying out to Fiji on Tuesday night. Surely I've got to get a good start to my holidays.

Looking epic here for Port Sorell Sunday anyone keen? Low is at four so will looking to get on the speed run around one thirty? looking like 35-40 North west....Hope it holds!!!

Dad is enjoying yacht racing at Hamilton Island on maxi yachts and talking to multi multi millionaires!! He also was talking to the guys that own Ronstan and they sponsor major windsurf events in America ect! lucky bugger leaves the family behind

I wont be deciding until Friday/saturday if I'll go or not. If I go I'll leave around 6-8am

If its on I'll be heading up in the morning. It will be the last oportunity for the month and we need to hit all disciplines, including distance, not just go looking for 2sec on the low tide. Also might be a great chance to get some jumping in with the PS crew.

I'm back from Norway and keen for a sail. Hopefully get out tomorrow and if the forecast is OK for Sunday I'll head up to Port Sorell.

I don't understand why do you have to hold back? Who is going to win the manufacturers championship, that's the big question!

oh and also what sails kaleb is going to run

I wont be running any! I'll be using the sails that best suit my sailing!!!!
And its a given that we hold back for the team captain, it helps him to think that he's a good sailor!!!

Just as well you were holding back yesterday Buzzy, as I thought you'd have pulled a few (close to) 40 knot runs with that gear you were using had you been trying. Maybe next time.
