Hello Jezza, It's a mistral 82 litre surf board. I've been trying to pick it up for about 2 weeks now but it's not much use coming down until there is some good wind about. Let's face it I can't ride it in under about 20 knots anyway. I needed a board for the higher winds. I found my 90 litre board was just out of control in anything around that 30 knot range.

Woe woe woe. Today, Wednesday looks good but the bloke I'm buying the board off reckons he has to work (have you ever heard such a feeble excuse?). Tomorrow looks a bit tame so I'm going to wait until the weekend. Not sure which day yet I'll leave that up to the guru. Yes!!! the "Rock Magnet" will be in town. Hope to catch up with all.

Kaleb and I had good session at Goats but in spite of him pulling off a good forward he still complained he didn't feel 100% and got a bit cold....he'll be in bed tomorrow.
I went for a spectacular back loop and managed to get about a foot out of the water and land on my arse....but I did try.
Got really smashed on a big closeout....I always manage to find those and ended up with a broken mast and ripped sail....but rerigged and went back out

Had some photos but can't upload, is it me or a problem with seabreeze

Wild weather at Dorans this arvo, very gusty with massive chop, good fun heaps of people out!

Just had a look at Droughty Hill, recorded a gust of over 60kts late this arvo
