The first GPS5 event will be held this weekend. This event will not be run by Windsurfing Tasmania as the membership form has still not been updated on the AWA site. This is a fun event, all sailors are not entering a competition, they are just sharing their results at the end of the weekend. All sailors are responsible for their own safety. I am not organising or running this as an official event, I am only tallying peoples posted results for the fun of it.

Remember PFD's are required by law when Windsurfing in Tasmanian waters.

The event will run on both Saturday and Sunday but only your best total from one of the days will be your final score.
You may sail anywhere in the state.
All tracks need to be uploaded via KA72 to Tassie Speed seekers GPS team challenge.
Those that are not members of Tassie speed Seekers just need to upload to KA 72 and send me the link to their results.

To enter Either post on this thread or send me a pm.

You must enter before 8am Saturday to be part of this fun challenge.

These results may be used by sailors that become members of WT to tally their overall GPS5 result at the end of the season.

For this first one I'd like to make it just from one day. My preferred option is best categories from each day, but for this one we'll just take the one day approach, hope that's ok with everyone.

Has anyone noticed how Houston keeps managing to go away and sail all over the world, but when it comes to showing us what he's learnt and how he's progressed its all like ;"Oh! sorry guys I got my penis caught in my buoyancy vest and cant sail until my next overseas wankfest!!!!!"
Tossa!
Maybe if he shortened his harness lines he wouldn't be so injured all the time. Soft coc#!

Great to see Buzzy's still in good form he got lonely when his best mates went away only to realise when they came back he was lonelier than ever cos they were never his mates in the first place
And by the way in Geraldton the rule of thumb is the length of your harness lines equal the length of you p...

We only hired a Porsche 4wd to get our lattes
In Perth Cottesloe beach can be quiet rough in
places the rest of time we had a barista travel
with us , yuppies we are not! buying Gnarrloo station for 1.2 million is the best investment in
windsurfing gear . Now to lock the gate and charge $20 a wave and ban surfers

Yes, thanks Buzzy for administering the comp. I came in last place with a very token effort late today (Sun) after the wife came back from Sydney and relieved me of babysitting duties and the wind died as I hit the water. But good to be involved .
