Anyone interested in Saturday for a ride? Because I have so far to travel, somewhere east of Hobart would be good. Any suggestions?

Rod, not worth the trip down here, the forecast has been big but no wind with it. went hunting again today and got nothing, looks like the guys on the coast are having a good run i suggest Hawley

It looks like you are having the same weather as me. The forecast has been for at least 20 knots all week and it has been like a mirror out on the bay. At least it is not just me, I was starting to feel a little paranoid. I had thought that down south you had been getting better conditions.

Its been howling up here every day, but I am out of the water till the start of July.
There has been some solid swell around too.

OK Al that deserves an explanation. You'll be out of the water till July? Tell me you have RSI from too much sailing and not that the boss won't let you out.[}:)]

Non windsurfing related injury (put a bit of a kink in the zimmer frame:c ) but I also needed to work some extra hours to pay for my August trip to LHI (its catch 22, I miss lots of sailing by working a lot so that I can afford to sail a lot later on)

You'll have to give us a review when you get back.

I'm thinking of going next year so please tell us it's good.

We went last year and really enjoyed it. I have put a few of the photos onto a Youtube clip which ended up as a bit of a mess, probably because I used Windows moviemaker and the images get a bit compressed when loaded onto Youtube.

It was in August.

A little warmer than Tassi in summer I think. The first day we arrived it was beautiful and still so I went for a swim in my boardies at around 4.30 pm, I would have put a wetsuit on for a surf though.
