Okay so sailing on the weekend the front bolt on the fin fell out at some stage (US Box), which led to a skiddy ride back to the beach (luckly the fin just flips up, it cant fall out while it has pressure on it), followed by using some sand to stick on the fin to de lube it, then banging it into the box with a stick and an oyster shell to finish the session, held up for the next hour and a half with only 2-3 re adjustments.

So my question is, has anyone lost this before? and, where did you get the replacement flat, square, threaded washer and screw from? My regular haunts haven't turned one up yet....
