Hi Guys, I' m Robbo. This year was my first summer of wind surfing. Hey..better late than never. A couple of guys (Thanks Ben and Al) haven't suggested going to Lagoon to get a few tips from the people who know what they are doing! It sounds like there might be a few such people there tomorrow so if things go to plan I will give it a go in the morning.
Bearhoover's new nickname--- DESTRUCTO--- Maybe you could get a job testing new booms for how well they last??? I heard the green machine is no more. I wonder about your fashion sense.

Had a good session on the high tide at Lagoon, didnt break anything Will be back on the Low tide tomorrow.
I think Ben has been having too many face-plants, doesn't even know where he is!!!! Board looks great but the footstrap at the back looks suspiciously close to the centre. You haven't taken the easy option have you? Won't get the max speed that way. By the way, Georges Bay should be turning it on tomorrow.

Yeah thats PS, only showing the board colours. Did take some video today but well.. you know.
Will have to look at the footstraps Rod, not sure if there outboard as far as they can go.... Did do over 29 knots which I was pretty happy with for a 140L Board and 7.7

Thanks, it really was great. I think I am starting to get somewhere now. The worry is if I get to like this too much it will cost $$$$ to replace my 20 yr old gear. How do you guys explain that to he wife . At Swansea now, hoping for another good day tomorrow.

Nice day at Swansea. Good run from Rubbish Tip Point to the Golf Course although I did struggle with some of the stronger gusts. On the up side,I think the wife has had a sneak peek at the Starboard catalogue. Maybe there is hope Houston!
