Today when derigging at Sandy Bay I was approached by an attractive young Tasmanian/Thai woman who had noticed the Starboard sticker on my trailer, and she asked if I used their boards. Thought it was my lucky day when she explained she is a part-time "local" here in Hobart , is also involved with Starboard in Thailand and has even been in their photo-shoots . At that point she might have noticed my tongue hanging out so then quickly clarified that she is the girlfriend of the SUP product manager at Starboard in Thailand. She did ask if there are any Starboard SUP distributers here in Tassy and I might have let the word "Jaysails" slip out while my tongue was retracting. Strange things these chance encounters.

Ha-ha. I did try and show her the FF114 but she said no no Starboard. She seemed nice
