Hey guys Friday is looking pretty insane. Up to 30 knots southerly. Planing on going to 5 mile at PW. Should be nice and flat, off shore. Cookie and Will also going. We will try for NM, distance and 1hr. Plenty of options in this direction. Cremorne, Mortimer, chicken run (PW onshore), river and Droughty point rd. About time we got a S direction. Seems to be always NW this year.

Yeah Looks good Steve,
sandbar at Cremorne for wavesailing may be good as well with a 6m swell.

Nice one Rusty. How bout we all meet around 9am at the 5 mile carpark. If its no good that gives us plenty of time to move camp. Funny enough the wind seems to funnel through the trees and gets quite windy off the beach in that direction. Even though its offshore, its not that deep and quite safe.

Steve / Rus you might check out the downwind side of the first causeway if you want some really flat conditions - & south is pretty good direction heading towards Midway. Not much good for distance but should be A1 for 2 secs. Launch near bridge at Midway. Probably pay to keep the largish causeway boulders out of the peripheral vision.

Fluouro might be a bit too onshore at Kelvo point with pure S but swell & windspeed ok. Tis only a few degrees in it, SSW perfect. Keep eye on Maria readings.

Forecast looks very dodgy now, think you'll have to wait and see on the day. Same for the weekend..

Hey guys forecast has changed. Dropped about 10 knots but still looking windy around 20 knots until mid arvo. Wind direction is now saying swinging SW at 9am. I will now head to Doran's around that time. That's why I hate posting about forecasts and where to sail because it's a jinx
