Went for a cruise on the SUP from Carlton past the eastern bluff out round some island and back, total 8 kms, 1.5hrs. Mirror calm, sunset on the island, heaps of cormorants and a sea eagle, got back just on dark
Checking the map it's 9.5km from south Goats out around Betsy and back could do it in an easy 2 hours, maybe take a bit to eat on the back of Betsy, allow 3 hours
