We are short on organizers for a couple of events.
The Hobart Slalom round 2 & wave sailing expression session 2 Southern venue
Would anyone like to take this on ?.

i dont mind being a contact for the southern Wave Contest.
the venue will be called depending on the forecast.

I will be a contact and happy for it to be an expression session judged by people on the day,, if people want a more structured event then they can run it if they want.

I like expression sessions, just everyone turning up in the one spot and all sailing together is just good fun in itself

Hmmm seem to be missing some bits

I'm prepared to assist set up and coach if required. I'm building a land simulator. We used to use one for teaching; I won't say how long ago because it will confirm my status as a true relic of the windsurfing world! It allows a board to be mounted just off the ground on a turntable. The learner can then use the sail to turn the board on the spot on land. A coach can also demonstrate techniques easily in front of a group. I'll post some pics when I've finished it.

Who's going To run The sth slalom?

Hey guys, I spoke to Kaleb a couple of months ago about this. Sorry I forgot to mention it on here. Happy to do what I can to help out. Also Al said if if we need his jet ski to lay the marks that would be fine.
