The water at boggy is right back up however the car park area is a sand pit and the fence is a long way out!

Had a look with Sam last weekend. Looks good but want to check if any mysterious sand bars before we hammer it A few clumps of weed out in the middle. Would love to ride there again though

Most of the clumps of weed are now under water.......which will be a problem......don't think there will be any sand bars as it was pretty flat when there was no water but the weed beds will be a problem. Parking is going to be a problem also as that big grass area we used to rig and park on is piles of sand covered with a bit of grass.

The jetty posts at boggy 2 are going to be a problem as they are centimetres from being covered.

Old boggy sailed today.....the water is good and a sandy bottom no longer boggy!

Only negative was I removed an old star post sticking up under the water near the launc area.

Hi Gareth

Joe was telling me that there are fences you have to navigate around ?. Are they still an issue ?

You need to get some of that Brunnings grass seed at Bunnings for $8.90

Great stuff.

Can't wait to sail there again. It sounds like the old speed bank will work too.

sharkbiscut the fence has been extended and the last post is just above the water but it is not something you have to sail aroud except in a SE which is pretty rare. I do not see it as a big problem I will try too mark it next weekend with floats

Carl I think so, there is lots of water more than I have seen for years..... no beach and you can almost sail to the grass.
in the light Northerly to day it was very flat.

the return of the original boggy. that is simply awesome...one of my favourite sailing spots of all time...lotta fond memories and epic sessions. can't wait to get back on it...kinda getting sick of dodging the long-line nets at boggy II.

great work on marking the hazards legless. i salute you.
