Does anyone have a wave sail that's too far gone for repair?

My 4 yr old twin boys are showing a keen interest in windsurfing, particularly after they watched this video:



So I'm looking for a sail I can cut and shut into something suitable for little bodies.

I can pickup anywhere from Adelaide metro down to Goolwa/Victor.

I've got some already cut !!
