The marine forecasts are for a possible wnw Sunday morning with a small wave at Middleton - might be worth keeping an eye on before the front comes through. Go for an early surf and take your sailin gear

I am sure everyone is sick of the swelless conditions of late and some cross shore waves would be fun

Try this - 1- 2 and 3-7 day computer forecast.
www.bom.gov.au/marine/wind.shtml

If you highlight the day time selector - you can roll the scroll bar and the map wil move through each prediction.

They say it does not match forecst at times though.

Pick local waters for days 1& 2
SA waters days 3-7

Covers all Australia

Surf report from Surf South oz - 2ft Middleton with 3ft sets further toward Goolwa.

winds might be a bit sketchy Nthly till lunch time by the report - it's a gamble that may pay off after lunch by the look of the forecasts

I've Forgotten what waves look like.

I hope things change in WA for you and the rest of the guys going Darren. I was talking to one of the Starboard guys over their a couple of days ago and he was saying they're having the worst season for wind on record. They haven't had the hot weather to bring on the seabreezes... sounds familiar!
Hopefully they get a heatwave just in time for your trip... there's going to be more South Aussies in WA than in SA in a few weeks by the sound of things!

****, finger crossed! We are booked and going anyway. I might have to take bigger gear over. We still have a couple of weeks before we go, so lets hope things turn around.

My old man is living in Perth and has told me how cool it has been over there. Not good.
