Hi All

Details are sketchy, but there is a submerged object at high tide at Semaphore (Bower Rd). It's about as big as a person. When I'm down there next, I'll tie a milk bottle to it and report it to the council (unless somebody can do it sooner ?). I've had two people warn me about it now.
