A few crew got amongst it on Sunday morning

What was the wind strength? I visited Adelaide and surrounds with my wife the weekend before and checked out Seaford at 2.00pm on the Sunday afternoon (26/5) on the way to the airport from Mclaren Vale. The wind was about 10kts and there was one kitesurfer out. It looked strong enough for a float a ride windsurfng session.

Wind was about 15-18 knots, a bit light on the inside, big boards and 5.7 sails (Kym was on her new 4.7) - a good day, although another 5 knots would have been nice

Hi John - I sailed it from just after 10 and it was 15 - 17 knts - float and ride to start with (waves were fairly long & you could plane but hard to make ground back up to the peak) Everyone was planing most of the time when it peaked when Dave got the cam out about 1200 or 1230 was probably 17+ then.
Dropped out around 130/ 2ish - but still floatable
Triggs was probably 5 knts stronger up there - a few good peaks - RichK was planing every time I looked up there
The week before (26th) we were hanging around at Middleton hoping it would blow - thankfully it was fun SUP surf conditions
