Hi All - we have bitten the bullet and called it for Sunday at middleton (Bottom of Chapman Road)

Briefing from 1045 Sailing asap.

Expression session (60-90 mins) and Finals (condition dependant)

Current forecast is for 20-30 knt nthly going nww 20-25 in the morning and remaining for the day Swell 2-3 ft easing slightly in the afternoon.

This should give all competitors the opportunity to get some waves without getting to trashed on the inside.

Remember Windsurfing SA membership is required to fulfil insurance regulations ($40) event cost (to recover costs) $10

So come and support Wave sailing in SA - hopefully some big air - big wave manoeuvres and a sausage sizzle and a cold ale.

More information phone 0417 034195.

See you there.

Excellent!

You can sign up to Windsurfing SA on the day, and it will get you your 3rd Party Insurance and eligibility to enter WSA events for the year.

A bit of an update:

Registration from around 1015. Brifing around 1045 -1100.

Hit the water around 1115 - expression session 60-90 minutes dependant on conditions.

30 minute break for finalists to have a breather and fine tune their gear.

30 minute final (open final will be judged by a tally of the top 3 waves and aerials on the way out scored out of ten)

BBQ and presentation.

See you there (we will be setting up from around 930 am)

Sorry to all those windsurfers that had to postpone having lunch with some of their families being fathers day and all - what better fathers day present than to hit the waves on your favourite wave gear or new gear you got for fathers day.
