dont ask me exactly how they work but they definatly improve balance and coordination for me so far! havent used them windsurfing yet because of the lack of wind! but will be very interesting to see if they work.i have been intouch with the rep from melborne and am getting some if your interested. dont be a sceptic until you have actually tried them! TRUST ME you will be astounded. will hopefully be getting some for barmera so you can give them a go!!!
