There are a couple of crew who love the wsw-w-wnw sail on the mid and can be seen fanging up and down that stretch of the coast getting some jumps and the odd whitewater smack downs when its large and windy - it can be very hard work getting out (no wind on the inside - dead onshore) and even worse at low tide (Triggs corner and Ueys & creamers fin rocks) until you get beyond the main peak / wave zone - but can be really good fun if it all goes right.

Never heard of this bombie you speak of in those wind directions

Are you referring to Dead Cow Cove?

I think so

Think I like mad cow better - it was fun on Sunday and the previously mentioned mad cow was getting some serious air off the bombie
