Hayden, it's not all about getting in the ocean and flying around as fast as you can go, although that is not a bad idea. The Wednesday night comp from what I can gather is about getting an old board, a sail, setting up a simple course, having a laugh, a cheeky beer or two and hanging with ya mates.

If anyone want's to organise a slalom or freestyle event on one of the northern beaches, you could count on me to turn up. I think we all know there is plenty of wind up there in Summer

Also, Kingston Park locals are the best windsurfers. Deal with it.
