Good time of year for golf. It's only slightly more frustrating than waiting for wind.
Or you could do a trip to Cactus.

Hope you got a few Pilly - was 25-30knts at sellicks Satd'y arvo - no waves just a foot of short chop and some crazy gusts - turning the 4.5 inside out.
Nurofen for dinner for the sore knees and ankles

yeah all good here we live in a small village in the mountains on main island of honshu, a long way away from kyushu but visited down that way way not so long ago!!
