rwearn as izaak said , I have been using the rdm's on mainly the smaller rsr raceing sails , mainly for rotation, my main board is about 80lts and I find I blow a lot of jibes with the sdm masts and that means water starts = cramps,
a couple of things you mite want to note , the standard cam's can protrude past the mast and damage your sail, also when your de rigging you will have to take the cams off first other wise the cams will stay on the mast and maybe bust battens , you mite need to get some of those small cams N/P had on there rs6 bottom battens, there the same length but smaller diameter, or have a talk to sam from wind surf &snow
as far as performance goes you will notice the the sail a bit flatter at the boom area and not as much bottom end power , but when the wind is blowin a dog off a chain you wont notice the bullets any where as much, and when you need to water start your 5.5 in epic conditions it will pop out of the water like a wave sail, once you have it set up right you will love it but be prepared to loose a bit of power

"edit" ps for illawarra I use a sdm because of the shallow water
