anyone know where I can get dvd, or download site for tutorial or good for begineers?

Go to www.dailydose.de/. it is in German but if you navigate to Moves you will find a heap of downloadable stuff

We have a range of beginners dvds in stock.
I can recomend the Peter Hart series.

So can I, had a borrow of his gybing one, bloody good, breaks it down nicely.

I just bought parts 1 & 2 of Peter Hart Turn for the Better, these do both burned on 1 DVD for about $76 inc post
