hi im looking for a good wave harness which is good on ya back and is realy comfy iv found some of the waist harneses arnt good on ya back,does anyone have any reconmedation on a new harness

They all fit people differently so try on as many as possible and hang from them, the shop should have something set up to test the feel.

Don't discount kiting harness's either, there been quite some serious design work gone into these to make them comfortable, you will need to change the spreader bar to a WS version.

Sorry for the vagueness of the reply, but what fits me may be totally wrong for you.

Myself, I use a Cabrina (kite) Seat harness which is great and supports my lower back nicely.
