I weigh 78kg and sail a wood Futura 111 as my big board paired with a cambered 7.5 and a select s10 41cm fin. It is a perfect combination up to about 18 knots when I get off it on to something smaller and more lively. ....
If you can afford it, go the wood. Wood is stiffer and faster.
+1 from me - I weigh 88kgs and I have a 2010 JP FS Wave 112 litre Pro edition. Its a light, tough board and has a more slalom oriented (fast) rocker than most FSW boards. It carries a 7.4m freeride sail well and I am up and blasting about in 14 to 18 knots.
Only thing I would change would be to go for wood not the Pro carbon - its less stiff than carbon and easier on the aging knees (albeit a tad heavier).
