Anybody have a boxer? I am thinking about the 7.0 to be able to rig on the same mast/boom as my 6.2 Loft. Sounds like they sail bigger (very powerful) than they are?

I have the 7.0 Amp (which needs a 460) and it's excellent (and camless). The Boxer 7.0 has two cams, I believe. I don't care for cams on a sail this size because you can still duck jibe it and do some tricks. A cammed sail doesn't depower as well.

I haven't used the board yet, but I'm already rather impressed with the ICON because it's so incredibly light. At less than 15 lbs it beats all the competitor's boards in the same class, '05 Starboard Go 170 @ 24.64 lbs, '07 Tuff skin @26 lbs, Mistral Explosion 153 @23.1 lbs, Bic Techno 2 160 @21.34 lbs and JP Xcite Ride ES 165 @ 21 lbs.

Its a fun board. I sailed or rather demoed the 120l version. The stock fin was fine. It goes upwind nicely withthe 5.8 Windwing I had on it. It jumps nicely and floats once airborn. Jibes were better than a slalom board but not as easy as a wave board...or my Saxxo. The heel bumpers are real cushy and on choppy days its a must as this thing rides like a sportscar...very direct feel similar to what I found on a JP SuperX, but I liked the longer nose of the Icon and wider profile. Id say a 110l and a smaller wave board would be a nice 2board quivver.

Youre loking at the 160l, it planes up (the 120l) quickly but it needs to be ridden like a typical wide board...inch back to the straps instead of just gung hoing it like I can on my narrow slalom boards.
