Anybody has any experience with Tabou Da Bomb 94 liter?
I'm beginner in waves, advanced in slalom, 78-80 kg.

Not me directly but a friend of mine. It's big and planes early. Loves it. Great for pop and mushy conditions. A bit big in heavy chop.

Are you a 'beginner in waves" like you have a wave board and been using it in waves for a short while...... or you have never been wavesailing and want to buy your first waveboard?

Sorry to hijack but i am interested to hear the latter part, unrelated to da curve but in general.
Just got my first wave board and first session was a struggle (first time ever on a wave board).

Was considering the Da Bomb but ended up with the 3S+ 96l 2019 instead. Great board for an "average joe" in onshore wave conditions. The DA Bomb looks quite similar, would have been fun to try the difference (if any?).

Sea Lotus - I think first time wavesailing has so many things that are difficult, that a wave board is not a good idea.
Its slow to get going - when all you want to do is get going to avoid waves or past shorebreak. Its more sinky - and often there is less wind in the wave zone

Not everyone has the chance to do this (and spots vary in how "wavy" they are but the best way to get into wavesailing is go on a freeride board where the chop gets up to waist high or some chop breaks in a shallower section and chop hop / jump lots.
Then a FSW board in good waist high to head high breaking chop, like open ocean but not a reef / beach break.
Then the FSW at a wave spot to practice getting out through waves - but when its really small.....
Then the FSW in real waves and its still going to be hard, just when you think you're doign well you will discover the zero wind between mast-high waves a learn a LOT :)

Once that's all done, then a waveboard as you want something that rides waves better (more rocker and much less fin size)


Broken Fin - I think you have made a wise choice, whilst the Da Bomb is a fast waveboard its not a FSW and the 3S will be a lot easier on you for first wave use. Caveat I haven't seen a 2019-20 Da Bomb in the flesh
