hello, i am interested in buying a 4.0 and 4.5 wave sails. I am at intermediate level , 88kg, 190cm. I was going to get blades (they seem much more user friendly than S-1 according to... pretty much everyone so they "win" this comparison). I prefer high jumps over wave riding.

But after seeing small size gators advertised as bump n jump sails i cant decide between these and the blades. There are not any reviews on small size gators so i could not get any info (testing them myself isn't an option).

So how these two compare? (on 4.0 and 4.5):
-Which has better low end and which has better high end (4.0 will be my smallest sail)
-Which is better for bump n jump?
-Which is faster?
-Is one of them better for heavier riders? (kinda worries me that gator is Boujmaa's signature sail and he is like 65kg)

Any other info/comments to help me decide are more than welcome!Thank you.

PS: For now i only own a Severne gorilla 400 which i am going to use with these sails since my budget does not allow me to get a 370
PS2: I have been using Naish force and i liked them a lot, so i am looking for something similar in terms of power, with lighter feel.

Both the the Blade and the Gator would be good options. The Blade would be better if you spend a bit of time in the waves and like a light weight powerfull sail.(similar to the force) The Gator is a perfect bump and Jump sail which is also a very capable wave sail in that size. The low end and top speed on the Gator would be slightly better. The Blade would de-power as little better resulting in a more manoeuvrable sail.

The Gator has a adjustable head and should be fine on your 400 Gorilla. The Blade is recommended on a 370 but would take a 400.

i think will buy Gators, since they seem to suit me a bit better according to your info, and i can find them about 20% cheaper.
