Top tip, don't ever buy alloy extensions that have holes drilled though them for the pin/height lock mechanism. Some (maybe the chinook) are double wall but many aren't and as you can imagine a tube with a shirtload of holes drilled down it is not strong. I have bent a few of the fore mentioned but since i've had my prolimit one, which has a 'circlip' type arrangement, i've never bent it and I run up to about 30cm extension. Or just buy carbon
