Ok so to restart my sailboarding i grabbed a bit of kit from 2000 tight leach era. Aerotech 7.2m pro race series. I like the power this sail has. But the ol thing is starting to pull threads everywhere. Rigs on 460 sdm cc. It is my goto sail n is ok upto 20-25kts. I am 105kg 6'2". Sail at golden beach. So im looking for a newer style slalom race freeride sail with grunt. Used on boards from 140litre upto 250litre.What size sail? Brand? Im leaning towards Ezzy. 2013 8m cheetah ? Or is the lion the go? Any other brands worth looking at? I will be hunting the secondhand market. So hit me with your suggestions.
