Is it too difficult starting foiling with this one? I've read it has no super good light wind performance. What could be its wind range for a beginner? Do I need a foil dedicated board to is it possible starting with a big slalom?

You can start out with this one but I think you would progress and have more fun on something with a low aspect wing. I started out wind foiling on used gear to save money, A Horue foil on a Bic Techno 148. I was able to get up and fly but It was a bit too sensitive and too fast for learning, I crashed a lot and when I crashed the nose would usually dive in and catapult me forward.
I have since switched to a JP 135 hydrofoil and JP Super Ride 124 paired with a Moses Veto 85 w/790 wing and I'm having a lot more fun. the foil is a lot easier to fly, more stable and a tad slower. If you are going to use a big slalom to learn i'd definitely recommend the Glide Wind, Slingshot Hover Glide or Aluminum Moses w/790 or 873 wing to start out on.

Sure you can start with one, but you're making it harder on yourself.
Everyone learned on Pinkie.
But you better have skills like planing thru windsurf jibes first. Perseverance, and many foiling days.

I foiled 80+ days with the Naish 1220 wing.
Now setting up the 600 kitewing for our higher winds.
That's smaller than pinkie by a little.

Surf FX in Australia has them on sale for $2499. Trust me if you only ever want one foil buy one, learn on it (may take more time) but you won't be updating your foil every couple of months. BUT I will say this is only if you want to foil fast, if you just want to cruise at slower speeds get a bigger wing. I can get going in 8 knots with my 8.2 Overdrive (modified) it does require more board speed to get up but once it's flying it's so smooth and fast. I use it on a 82 wide Isonic 127 which perfect, also have a Stingray 140 foil board which I'm trying to like but it's not as fun as the 127. I really like that the mast and fuselage is one piece as it's super stable, happy days

Tony, the front wing is 800, fuse 75cm, mast 95cm I don't think you can swap anything it comes standard ready to fly and I mean fly (fast)

From 5-15 to the end this guy helps explain the pros and cons of different foil setups including tuning the stabilizer for more or less lift.
