Ok , so I went out today in gusty straight onshore 12 - 20 kts.
Started with a 8.2 and was underpowered in the lulls ( I'm 115 kg )

Rigged the 9.4 , power galore , definitely no floating about. This is a grunty sail.
This is what I felt :
In the lulls chase a wave down wind , no problem.
13 - 17 kts absolute bliss,
17-20 kts a bit overpowered feeling and a bit of work but not too bad , easier than a overpowered H2,
I pulled more down haul when the wind picked up and it still had a lot of curve in the front and loosened the leech a lot which kept most of the power when I needed it and made the sail feel less catapulty and shorter feeling in the gusts.
The smaller cams are waaaaaay better than those over complex fragile cams with strings and all the fanfair NP used to use. ( they feel the same in use which seem good as any ).
I don't think they are overly fast ( slower than a H2 or my old Slalum mk 3 and way off aNorth Warp ) but a nice light easy grunty feeling. They don't seem to push as hard on the board ( good early planing ) but don't seem that slippery. Having said that it was rough onshore and it wasn't pinning it down conditions ( not for me anyway ).
Easy to rigg , less down haul pull needed than the H2 . Sets a deeper draught while having a looser leech.
When using the 8.2 on a smaller boom 180-230 the sail was toutching the boom more than what I'm used to , neutral out haul , ( they do have a deep draught , more than a Warp ). I didn't increase out haul because I was already underpowered.
The nice yellow luff pocket gets dirty easy and I don't know where from.
I love this sail , it's great for me ,
Great for easy everyday blasting in choppy conditions .
I haven't given the smaller sizes a go yet. I'm keen to see how fast a smaller powered up one will be.
ps: I'm heavy and of average skill , a lighter better sailer may think different.
