JP just launched their 2012 product range via their web site at
jp-australia.com/ .
Interesting to see that they merged the Kauli / Jason product line into a single line. I am guessing having two different quad lines confused the market to much and didn't sell a great deal more boards.
I think the two most interesting boards in the line up are the 92 /82 FSW which now comes with a thruster setup and the new 106 Single Thruster. Apparently the smaller Single Thruster boards (92 and smaller) where reshaped and brought in line with the 99. The 99 is unchanged and the 106 is in response to people telling JP management they want to see bigger wave boards.
I think especially the 99 / 106 Thrusters are great news and add to a growing field of wave board options for bigger riders, a market segment that had been overlooked by board companies for years.
I need to get my hands on a 106 to see if it performs as well as a 99 Single Thruster.
