Take any auto-translater with a pinch of salt.
You may use them as a starting point, but not more than that. If things aren't clear (which I expect to happen), I can offer some help. I can't probably spare the time for a full translation of the test, though.

They did test the Goya Thruster 86, verdict was it's a perfect Allrounder, the worthy successor of the 2017 and earlier Quads, while the 2018+ Quads are more radical and sophisticated.
The CT was highly rated for early planning and carrying speed through the turns while being not the most radical, but radical enough for tight front- and backfoot turns.

The Surf tests are usually a good starting point for your gear decisions.
But take the Surf tests with a little (and i mean only a little) grain of salt, especially if you have to decide between two products tested with about the same results.
Usually the brand with less adds in the mag has the edge then.
As always the glas could be half full or half empty when you describe it.
